Thamer bin Fayyaz bin Khalfan Al Alawi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Spain, presented his credentials as Oman’s Permanent Representative to United Nations Tourism to Shaikha Al Nuwais, Secretary-General of UN Tourism. This took place during an official ceremony at the UN Tourism headquarters in Madrid, Spain.

The meeting reviewed relations between Oman and UN Tourism, and discussed ways to strengthen their partnership in the fields of sustainable tourism and tourism sector development in support of shared development goals.
