Dr Ahmed Alsaidi, Head of the Mission of the Sultanate of Oman to the Lebanese Republic, hosted a briefing at the Embassy in Beirut bringing together Imran Riza, UN Deputy Special Coordinator, Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, Arab ambassadors and representatives. The briefing provided an update on the current situation in Lebanon and the country’s humanitarian, early recovery and development priorities.

The call discussed the humanitarian repercussions of regional developments.

The aim is to empower young people and strengthen their pivotal role in decision-making.
