The Wajmah Heritage Lodge was inaugurated in the Wilayat of Al Rustaq under the auspices of Sayyid Ibrahim bin Saeed AlBusaidi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism, and in the presence of Sheikh Khalid bin Hashel Al Muslahi, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs, alongside a number of dignitaries, sheikhs, officials and businesspeople.

The Ministry commends the role played by Boleta Senkiene, Honorary Consul of Oman to the Republic of Lithuania, in supporting this project, as well as all national efforts aimed at showcasing Oman’s tourism and heritage assets and highlighting authentic tourism experiences. These contribute to preserving cultural heritage, promoting sustainable tourism, expanding international cooperation and partnerships and activating economic diplomacy. They also support local communities and strengthen Oman’s presence on the global tourism map.
