Article (1) grants Minister Plenipotentiary Jameel bin Haji bin Ismaeel Al Balushi the position of an ambassador and appoints him as the Sultanate of Oman’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
