Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi is continuing to make diplomatic contacts regarding
regional developments.
The calls addressed relations and ways to strengthen them, alongside the exchange of views
and consultations on regional and international developments.
At the forefront were the repercussions of the current tensions related to the US Iranian negotiations,
and the efforts made to achieve a breakthrough that could lead to an agreement ending the state of war
and conflict, restoring stability to the region, and ensuring the flow of maritime navigation and supply chains.
Sayyid Badr held calls with the following Foreign Ministers:
- Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs
of the State of Qatar - Dr Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Migration of the Arab Republic of Egypt
- Dr Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran
- Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada
- Yvette Copper, Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs
of the United Kingdom - Tom Berendsen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
- Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
