Hamad Alhajri, representing the Sultanate of Oman,  took part in Jeddah in the senior officials’ preparatory meeting for the 22nd Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The meeting also discussed ways to enhance relations between Oman and the OIC.
