The celebrations reflected the spirit of Oman and its ambitious vision for sustainable development.

The Indian Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, received Issa Saleh Abdullah Saleh Alshibani, Oman’s Ambassador to the Republic of India.  

Oman’s Ambassador to India, Issa Saleh Abdullah Alshibani, hosted an event at his residence in New Delhi to announce a journey to explore Oman. The expedition will take place in January 2025 with businesspeople from India and several other countries taking part. The trip will be organised by Ibex Expeditions from India and the  Bait Al Qanoon Foundation from Oman.

The meeting discussed building economic, trade and investment cooperation.

They discussed the trajectory of cooperation between Oman and India.

Oman’s Ambassador to India, Issa Saleh Abdullah Saleh Alshibani, met the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Mansukh Mandaviya. They discussed relevant areas of cooperation between the two countries and also touched on the second edition of the Oman Golf Trophy initiative which will take place in Mumbai, Hyderabad and New Delhi starting next month.

Ministers met with the aim of preparing a Free Trade Agreement.

His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tariq Al Said stressed the necessity of achieving justice for the Palestinian people.

Oman is taking part in the 46th session of the World Heritage Committee meetings organised by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in the Indian capital, Delhi, until July 31. Oman’s delegation is headed by Hamad Saif Al Hammami, Oman’s Permanent Representative to UNESCO. Delegates will discuss the implementation of the outcomes of the expanded 45th session

Sayyid Badr expressed his condolences on the death of an Indian national in the shooting incident in Wadi Al Kabir.

Khalid Almuslahi and Sheikh Ahmed bin Hashel Al-Maskari visited the embassies following a shooting incident near a mosque in Wadi Al Kabir.
