Royal Decree No. 34/2025 appoints Issa Saleh Abdullah Saleh Alshibani, Oman’s Ambassador to the Republic of India as Oman’s non resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bhutan.
Article (1) appoints Issa bin Saleh bin Abdullah Al Shaibani, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Republic of India as the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bhutan.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
