Oman’s Ambassador to Thailand, Issa Abdullah Alalawi, met with Sermsak Pongpanit, Thailand’s Minister of Culture. During the meeting, ways to enhance cultural and artistic relations between Oman and Thailand were reviewed and a number of topics of common interest were discussed.
Oman’s Ambassador to Qatar, Sayyid Ammar Abdullah Sultan Albusaidi, met with Qatar’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai. During the meeting, relations between the two countries were discussed and ways of supporting and developing cooperation in various fields were reviewed.
Oman’s Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Ibtisam bint Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Faroujia, met with the Undersecretary of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Roberto Perosa. They discussed investment opportunities between Oman and Brazil.
Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Oman’s Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, discussed opportunities for future partnerships with the Arab Potash Company in Jordan. The meeting was attended by a number of officials from the mission, the government and private sectors in Oman.
Oman argued the Court should determine that Israel should immediately end all activities that impede Palestinian self-determination by ending the occupation of the Palestinian Territory.
Oman has called for an emergency international conference to agree on arrangements for implementing a two-state solution rapidly.
The Ambassador conveyed to the Bosnian President the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.
