Jassem Al Saadi, Head of the Foreign Ministry’s Consular Department, met Fouad Kadmiri, Morocco’s Director of Consular and Social Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Resident Abroad in Rabat. The meeting took place within the framework of coordination and consular cooperation between Oman and Morocco.
The Ministers emphasised their firm solidarity with the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
Nasra Salim Mohamed Alhashmi, Oman’s Ambassador to Kenya, received a delegation from the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, during their visit to the Republic of Kenya. The delegation was led by Zaher bin Mohammed Al Kaabi, Chairman of the OCCI branch in Al Buraimi Governorate. The meeting discussed trade and investment opportunities between Oman and Kenya.
Colonel Salem Alobaidani, Military Attache at Oman’s Embassy to Jordan, and First Secretary Salem Alwahibi, received the fourth shipment of relief for the Gaza Strip from the Omani Charitable Organisation, in coordination with the relevant authorities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The Minister expressed his pride in Oman’s role as an official partner in the event.
The Foreign Ministry renewed its call for the Israeli government to be held accountable for genocide.
A second round of dialogue is due to be held in Washington, D.C. this year.
A delegation from the Oman’s National Defence College made an educational visit to the United States of America. They visited Oman’s U.S. Embassy, the U.S. Department of Defense, defense universities, think tanks and military manufacturing companies where many discussions took place.
Oman’s Chargé d’affaires in Singapore, Anwar Ahmed Muqaibal, met the Managing Director of Rail Systems Singapore, Ajmer Singh Kairon. They discussed ways to enhance economic relations between Oman and Singapore.
Oman’s reaffirmed that the establishment of a Palestinian state is an existential necessity, without which the Palestinians are condemned to a permanent threat of destitution, extermination and death.
