Video of a lecture delivered by Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, at Girton College at Cambridge University in the UK.

The lecture entitled “Inclusive Security in the Gulf”, called on Gulf states to take collective responsibility for their own security through an inclusive regional framework.

The Minister said this framework must bring together all six Gulf Cooperation Council states, alongside Iran and Iraq.
