Mohammed Baomar, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of the Philippines, presented the Royal Patent to Mikaela Pacubas Yap, Honorary Consul of Oman in Cebu Province.
He wished her success in carrying out her duties and expressed confidence that her role would contribute to further strengthening the friendly relations between the two countries.
