His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal decree No. 97/2026 on amending some provisions of the Council of Oman’s Law.
Article 1 stipulates that the amendments attached to the Council of Oman’s Law promulgated by Royal decree No. 7/2021 shall be enforced.
Article 2 cancels all that contradicts the amendments attached to this decree or contravenes their provisions.
Article Royal Decree No. 97/2026 Amending Certain Provisions of the Council of Oman Law3 says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the day following its date of publishing.
