As part of familiarisation visits to Russian regions and Republics organised by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Hamoud Altowaiya, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Russian Federation, visited the city of Tula along with a delegation of Arab Ambassadors.

The visit aimed to explore new opportunities for cooperation and build broader partnerships.
