The Foreign Ministry is pleased to announce the launch of the next phase of the electronic attestation service.
This reflects the Ministry’s’ commitment to providing high quality consular services and facilitating procedures through digitisation, while furthering the digital transformation goals of Oman Vision 2040.
The thirteenth phase of the electronic attestation service sees its launch (effective from 14 May 2026) in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong (People’s Republic of China), the United States of America, Brazil and Iraq,
The service will also be launched from 21 May 2026 in Lebanon, Syria, Palestine and Tunisia.
The service allows users to obtain attestation services without the need to visit Oman’s missions in these countries.
The electronic attestation service was launched on January 23, 2025 and currently covers the countries listed here.

The Ministry will continue expanding the scope of this service to include other brotherly and friendly countries in accordance with the phases of its work plan, in cooperation with Oman Post.
