His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a written message from Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan concerning relations between the two friendly countries.

The message was received by Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi during a meeting with Rashad Ismayilov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Sultanate of Oman.

The meeting discussed ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields and reviewed a number of issues of mutual interest at the regional and international levels.
