Libya: Ambassador presents his credentials
Dr Mohammad Al-Manfi, Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya, received Dr Hilal Alsanani, who presented his credentials as non resident Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the sisterly State of Libya. The presentation took place during a reception held at the Council’s headquarters in Tripoli. The step marks the beginning of a new phase of close diplomatic engagement
