The verbal message dealt with relations between Oman and Kuwait and ways to enhance them.

Dr Nader Al-Jalal, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, received Dr Saleh Alkharusi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Kuwait. The meeting discussed cooperation and ways to strengthen it, particularly in the field of scientific research.  

The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, in coordination and cooperation with the Omani Embassy in Kuwait, presented promotional campaigns for the Dhofar Khareef Season 2025. The presentations included an overview of key tourist sites in the Dhofar Governorate, along with special and attractive offers to enjoy the region’s unique atmosphere.

The Council welcomed the talks between the United States and Iran, commending Oman’s efforts in facilitating these discussions.

A joint statement calls on Iraq to respect Kuwait’s sovereignty and to complete the delimitation of maritime boundaries.

The meeting reaffirmed the depth of the historical relations between Oman and Kuwait.

The forum discussed ways to strengthen regional cooperation and exchange expertise in combatting human trafficking.

The Omani delegation was led by Khalid Almuslahi, Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

The call discussed regional developments and the talks in Muscat between the United States and Iran.

Dr Saleh Amer Alkharusi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Kuwait, met with Engineer Sheikh Humoud Mubarak H. J. Al-Sabah, President of Civil Aviation in Kuwait. They discussed enhancing cooperation between the two brotherly countries in areas related to civil aviation. Minister Delegate Shihab Al-Rawas also attended the meeting.

The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the State of Kuwait held its Ramadan Diwaniya. The event was attended by several senior officials including Sheikhs, Ministers and high-ranking officials, newspaper editors, a group of intellectuals, heads and representatives of the accredited diplomatic corps and a number of Omani citizens residing in Kuwait. Dr Saleh Amer Alkharusi, Oman’s Ambassador to Kuwait participated in the Culture, Art and Literature Conference. The conference was organised by the General Authority for Youth, under the patronage of the Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs. Delegations from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Jordan and Morocco took part.  

The new service will make document attestation possible without visiting Oman’s Missions in the mentioned countries.
