Lujaina Mohsin Darwish is appointed as the new South African Honorary Consul in Oman.

The meeting discussed cooperation between the two countries to strengthen relations.

Minister Hamad bin Ali Al-Hajri attended the meetings of the 46th session of the Islamic Committee for Economic, Cultural and Social Affairs. The meetings are part of the ongoing preparations for the 50th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers which is scheduled to be held in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

Zimbabwe’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Frederick Shava, met Ambassador Jassim bin Eid Al-Saadi, Head of the Consular Department at the Foreign Ministry. They discussed relations between Oman and Zimbabwe and the common desire to enhance cooperation.

Jassem Al Saadi, Head of the Foreign Ministry’s Consular Department, met Fouad Kadmiri, Morocco’s Director of Consular and Social Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Resident Abroad in Rabat. The meeting took place within the framework of coordination and consular cooperation between Oman and Morocco.
