At the invitation of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Malallah Albalushi, Head of the Sultanate of Oman’s Mission to Hungary, attended the parliamentary session held to elect the President of Hungary.

The session was attended by Prime Minister Péter Magyar and members of parliament and resulted in the election of András Baka as President of Hungary.

On the sidelines of the elections, the Ambassador met Dr Anita Orbán, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and András Kármán, Minister of Finance.

The meetings covered issues related to relations between the two friendly countries.
