Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, met Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting marking the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation (TAC) of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
The meeting reviewed the relations between the Sultanate of Oman and Pakistan and explored ways to enhance cooperation across various fields.
They also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest, underscoring the importance of continuing consultation and coordination in support of shared interests and to contribute to regional and international peace and stability.
The meeting was attended by Nasser Almanwari, Oman’s Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines, and officials from both countries.
