Royal Decree No. 8/2026 establishing the International Financial Centre of Oman and promulgating its Bylaw

Article  1 establishes the International Financial Centre of Oman. The Centre shall have legal personality, enjoy financial and administrative autonomy and report to the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs.

Article 2 stipulates that the Bylaw of the International Financial Centre of Oman attached to this Decree shall be enforced.

Article 3 stipulates that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
