Assigned by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, Dr Khamis bin Saif Al Jabri, Minister of Economy, took part in the swearing in ceremony held in Djibouti of Ismaïl Omar Guelleh as President of the Republic of Djibouti for a new term.

The Minister conveyed the greetings and congratulations of His Majesty to the President, along with his best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the brotherly people of Djibouti.

The President asked the Minister to convey his greetings to His Majesty, along with his best wishes to His Majesty and to the Omani people for further progress and prosperity.

The Minister was accompanied by Abdullah Alrahbi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Arab Republic of Egypt and non resident Ambassador to Djibouti and various officials.
