Royal Decree No. 29/2026 appoints Ambassador Tamer bin Faiz bin Khalfan Al Alawi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain to also serve as non-resident Ambassador to the Principality of Andorra.

Article (1) appoints Thamer bin Fayez bin Khalfan Al Alawi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Spain, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the Principality of Andorra.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
