Article (1) appoints Maithaa bint Saif bin Majid Al Mahrouqi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, as the Sultanate of Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to Ukraine. Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
