His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 73/2026 appointing Abdullah bin Nasser bin Mussallam Al Rahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Angola. His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 73/2026 appointing Abdullah bin Nasser bin Mussallam Al Rahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Angola.
Article 1 states that Abdullah bin Nasser bin Mussallam Al Rahbi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, shall be appointed as Oman’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Angola.
Article 2 says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
