His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda concerning relations between the two friendly countries.
The message was delivered by Nasra Alhashmi, Oman’s Ambassador to Rwanda, during an audience with President Kagame in the Rwandan capital, Kigali.
