Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a telephone call this evening with Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Ministers exchanged views on developments in the region, particularly those related to navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.

They reaffirmed their countries’ support for all efforts aimed at ensuring the successful implementation of the understandings reached, including safeguarding freedom, safety and security of navigation across the region, in accordance with international law and respect for the sovereignty of states.
