Mr Pablo Caralps, Honorary Consul of the Sultanate of Oman in Barcelona, hosted a reception to mark the opening of the Consulate.
The reception was attended by Thamer Al Alawi, Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, along with senior Spanish officials and business leaders.
