Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister held a meeting with Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, within the framework of the 11th session of the Omani-Kuwaiti Joint Committee held in the Wilayat of Al Jabal Al Akhdar.

The meeting reviewed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the Sultanate of Oman and Kuwait. The Ministers also discussed ways to enhance cooperation in various fields to achieve the common interests of the two countries and peoples, building upon the continuous development of relations at various levels.

The Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concern, emphasising the importance of continued coordination and consultation. They affirmed their support for efforts aimed at enhancing security and stability and consolidating the approach of dialogue and diplomacy in addressing the challenges facing the region.

The meeting was attended by officials from both countries.
