Minister speaks to Indian Ocean Conference

Speech delivered by Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr via video link to the ninth Indian Ocean Conference, held in the Republic of Mauritius.

The event brought together Navin Ramgoolam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius, foreign ministers and senior officials from Indian Ocean countries.
