Ambassador Issa bin Abdullah Al-Alawi, Head of the Sultanate of Oman’s Mission Thailand, took part in the opening ceremony of an  event on the theme: “24 years of providing immediate, comprehensive and fair assistance to victims: because late justice is incomplete justice”.

The event was organised by the Thai Ministry of Justice under the auspices of the State Prime Minister.
