
Minister and UAE counterpart hold consultations
Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman held fraternal consultations with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), during a meeting in Abu Dhabi.
The discussions covered a range of recent regional developments and issues, exploring avenues for constructive engagement. This dialogue supports broader efforts to forge consensus and develop effective approaches aimed at strengthening collective security and regional stability, as well as safeguarding common interests, and delivering benefits that fulfill the aspirations of the region's peoples.
The Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to the path of the Gulf Cooperation Council and joint Gulf action. They emphasised the continuation of bilateral and collective cooperation programmes, undertaken in accordance with the enlightened vision and wise directives of Their Majesties and Highnesses, the leaders of the GCC states.
