His Majesty issues Royal Decree

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 5/2026 ratifying the Air Services agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Cabo Verde, signed in Punta Cana on November 11, 2025.
