Royal Decree No. 48/2026 appointing a non-resident Ambassador to Venezuela, Paraguay, Ecuador and Chile

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 48/2026 appointing a non-resident Ambassador. Article 1 appoints Abdul Ghaffar Albulushi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Ecuador and the Republic of Chile.
