A new date for the Oman mediated talks will be announced once the timing has been agreed.

The talks covered basic principles, objectives and technical concerns.

Ambassador Talal Alrahbi presented a copy of his credentials to Abi Jones, Acting Chief of Protocol at the US Department of State, at the Presidential Guest House “Blair House”, as Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the United States of America.  

The next round of talks will take place in Muscat in the next few days.

The Minister appreciated the the support of the Italian government for the Iran-US dialogue.

The talks aim to make further progress towards a just, binding and sustainable agreement.

The discussion covered ways to support the negotiations between Iran and the USA in Muscat.

Oman’s Foreign Minister said the negotiations in Muscat took place in a friendly atmosphere.

Commercial Attaché Ali Khadra represented Oman’s Embassy in the United States at the twentieth annual Arizona International State of the State Forum. The event featured discussions about the 2025 commercial and investment cooperation plan between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Arizona. This plan aims to enhance the economic partnership and explore future investment opportunities.

Dr Abdulla Al Touqi, Acting Chargé d’Affaires, at the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Washington D.C. participated in the Ramadan Iftar dinner at the White House, hosted by the U.S President Donald J. Trump.

The Decrees appoint Ambassadors to Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Spain, the United States and Bhutan.

The Sultanate appreciates all initiatives aimed at resolving wars and conflicts.

The meeting, reviewed the principles of Omani foreign policy and Omani American relations.

The discussion highlighted the importance of continuing the strategic dialogue between Oman and the USA.
