The Council expressed deep regret and strong condemnation of the Iranian missile strike that targeted a military site in Qatar.

A Foreign Ministry statement denounces this unlawful act of aggression and urges immediate and comprehensive de-escalation.

Sayyid Badr says that diplomacy and dialogue remain the only path to achieving lasting peace.

The Sultanate condemns the attack as a serious violation of international law and a serious threat to regional and international security.

The talks will take place on Sunday, June 15, in Muscat.

Ambassador Talal Alrahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to the United States, met with US Senator Lindsey Graham, Chair of the Senate Budget Committee.  The meeting discussed relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the United States and ways to enhance cooperation, in addition to reviewing the latest regional developments.
