The Decree appoints Oman’s Ambassador to Brazil as non-resident Ambassador to four other South American countries.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 48/2026 appointing a non-resident Ambassador. Article 1 appoints Abdul Ghaffar Albulushi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Ecuador and the Republic of Chile. The Political Undersecretary received a copy of the credentials of 12 new Ambassadors.

The meeting was held within the framework of regular consultation and continuous coordination between the two nations.
