Lamia has worked at Atana Hotels since 2014. Starting as a receptionist, her attentiveness, acuity and resourcefulness meant she was soon promoted to supervisor. She spent years rising through the ranks, gaining experience, and guiding new employees.
By 2022, Lamia’s leadership skills and ability to handle challenges with flexibility and professionalism had been proven repeatedly, and she was made Front Office Manager. She is now responsible for managing all front desk and reception operations, which requires her to balance guest needs with team efficiency.
