Oman condemns attacks on two Saudi airports

The Foreign Ministry expresses the Sultanate of Oman’s condemnation of the targeting of Abha and King Khalid international airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which resulted in deaths, injuries and material damage.

Oman reaffirms its categorical rejection of attacks on civilian facilities and of endangering the Kingdom’s security and the safety of civilians.

Oman also highlights the need for wisdom and restraint to prevail and for actions that could widen the scope of escalation to be avoided, in order to safeguard the security and stability of the region.

Oman also expresses its solidarity with the Kingdom, extends its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishes the injured a speedy recovery.
