Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy received Emmee Haun, Managing Director of the Sultanate of Oman’s Commercial Office in the United States of America.

The meeting reviewed economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and ways to maximise the benefits of the US Oman Free Trade Agreement.

It discussed how to enhance the exchange of trade information and open new opportunities for partnerships between Omani and US companies, particularly in investment, technology and industry.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Tafoul Aldhahab, Head of the International Trade, Knowledge Economy and Technology Department, and other officials.
