Talal Alrahbi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the United States of America attended the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C., held on the National Mall in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States.

The event marked the first-ever NTT INDYCAR SERIES race to take place in this historic area of the nation’s capital.
