The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Manila advises Omani citizens in the Republic of the Philippines to exercise caution due to unstable weather conditions affecting some areas.

These conditions may bring heavy rainfall, thunderstorms with the possibility of flooding and landslides.

The Embassy urges citizens to follow weather advisories issued by the relevant Philippine authorities, avoid low lying areas and wadi channels and refrain from travelling during periods of heavy rainfall unless absolutely necessary.

The Embassy is closely monitoring developments in the weather situation and urges citizens to contact the Embassy in the event of an emergency.
