The Sultanate of Oman took part in the first session of the United Nations Global Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance.

The session, which began at the Palexpo international convention centre in Geneva, Switzerland, is being attended by United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, representatives of United Nations member states, global technology companies, civil society organisations, academic institutions and the global technical community.

Oman is actively contributing to the discussions and workshops aimed at developing effective governance frameworks for artificial intelligence technologies.
