The Foreign Ministry expresses the Sultanate of Oman’s welcome of the announcement of a ceasefire between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States. Oman commends the efforts made by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in this regard, as well as all parties calling for an end to the war.

Oman affirms the importance of intensifying efforts to find solutions that address the root causes of the crisis and achieve a lasting cessation of war and hostilities in the region.
