In light of its monitoring of current developments in the region, and in coordination with relevant authorities in the Sultanate of Oman and their counterparts in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the Foreign Ministry has facilitated the return of a number of Omani citizens to the homeland via land border crossings.

This was done through arrangements that ensured their safety and smooth transit.

This step reflects the Ministry’s continued commitment to repatriating citizens abroad whenever the need arises. The Ministry is continuing to monitor the situation of citizens abroad and stands ready to take any necessary measures to guarantee their security and safety in response to developments.
