The Sultanate of Oman condemns the bombing that targeted a mosque in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad. It offers sincere condolences and sympathy to the Government and people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and to the families of the victims. It also wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.

The Ministry reaffirms Oman’s firm stance in rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, and stresses the paramount importance of upholding the values ​​of tolerance and coexistence.
