The Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Rwanda announced their agreement to open resident embassies in both countries, establish a Joint Committee and a Joint Business Council, and implement a technical cooperation programme, thereby strengthening diplomatic presence and establishing institutional mechanisms to advance and follow up on cooperation, while supporting the further expansion of the partnership between the two countries.
This was announced in a Joint Statement issued on the occasion of the official visit of the President of Rwanda to Oman.
