Hammoud  Altowaiya, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Russia, attended a reception organised by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Moscow City Tourism Committee at ZILART, with the participation of diplomats from more than 50 countries.

The reception highlighted Moscow’s history, showcasing the city’s journey from its past to the present.
