Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, received Reem Mougheith, Regional Humanitarian Representative for the Middle East and North Africa at the medical humanitarian non governmental organisation Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders)

The meeting reviewed areas of cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and Médecins Sans Frontières, in addition to discussing the medical and humanitarian efforts undertaken by the organisation across the region.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Qatabi, Head of the International Organisations Department, along with a number of officials.
